My experience at SpotHero has been great! Everyone works very hard & is friendly. Even during a downturn (Covid) leadership went out of its way to help employees and make everyone feel heard & cared for.

Hard to narrow it down to the "most positive" but transparency on the department & company level has created a positive culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly & willing to help. The parking industry is unique & has a lot of learning curves. SpotHero has created an environment where asking for help is encouraged!
What makes you most happy at work?
SpotHero has helped the parking industry (historically very fragmented & outdated) catch up the industry up to speed with consumer expectations (Digital experience). As the world continues to become more digital, SH has truly led the charge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency on all levels. I have worked for a few organizations & SpotHero by far has the most transparent leadership team. Not only do they value us as employees but also as people. Leadership is always putting employees' feelings & needs first.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is the only area where I feel undervalued. Everything else is great. Higher pay to match market & experience level is appreciated. It is important to note that leadership is already made those strides to improve overall compensation for all employees at SpotHero.
