Prior to SpotHero, I was what many would refer to as a "job-hopper". I often found myself bored and uninspired, frequently leaving jobs at or around the 1 year mark. I've now been at SpotHero for 6 years and can genuinely say that I'm happy. I am challenged and invested in my work + the company.

Everyone is smart, motivated, collaborative and I consider many of them to be very good friends.

The autonomy to structure my days in a way that allows me to have a healthy work-life balance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are thoughtful, hold themselves accountable and are constantly evolving for the betterment of the company and its employees.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance coverage is incredible, we just extended our offerings to include pet insurance, which means a lot. I don't have human children, but do have dogs who I treat like children.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy!! SpotHero has created a culture of trust. I never feel like I am being micromanaged. I am able to structure my days differently each day to create a healthy work/life balance.
