I just want to be able to provide for my family without struggling. Especially if this place is causing stress and overall fatigue in my everyday life.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to take care of their employees and manger staff better. When the whole team is getting burnt out what good are they to the company. New hires have potential to make more than the employees that have been here. Hourly kitchen employees with overtime make just as much as salary managers.
