The sports and the friendly guests that come into visit, and food I can have to eat

They follow directions when told to make speical promotions or sales we have going on exp- gift cards beers of month
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the guests that come into just to catch up with me and eat some good food and drinks makes me feel worthy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having to work an hourly position all shift, when we under staffed and allowing the staff to call out from shifts not even show up to them makes things a lot harder to do what's expected of me as a Manager
