Since I've been with the company I've enjoyed the people I enjoyed the environment I enjoy how they listen to me on some facts however I don't enjoy the fact that when I actually tell people about things they don't listen to the problem goes wrong and then they come back and say oh we need to fix

What makes you most happy at work?
Just the fact that I'm working I love to cook that's the career I chose I decided not to be a doctor to take this field so yes I'm happy to go to work regardless of where I'm at
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be payed more have turn down other option because I like the people here. How ever I could be get at list 15 to 20 thousand more on salery. Somewhere else for the same thing I do here
