They listen to concerns, and replies are within minutes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is not super strict, meaning changes can be made based on demographic / store location.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little better on the competitive wage end, especially for managers with years of successful restaurant experience. Also, provide entire family benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with so many positive people and know that there is not going to be any back lash if you have a sincere issue
