What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The communities that have built themselves up, particularly within the ERGs, despite proper support to these groups from leadership.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The coworkers are one of the few positive things about the role. People are supportive, funny, very smart and talented.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Changing the structure of certain roles so that employees don't get wildly burnt out. They claim to want to support mental health and well being but they do not take needed action to do so.
