While most of the company is great, I get a bad taste from some responses to employee concerns.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm not sure how to answer this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to roll their sleeves up, wade into the problem, and start helping
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Most of them seem to care about employees as individuals and want to do the right thing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There seems to be a specific dollar amount on our "woke" culture, and it can be thrown out for the right amount of money or exposure -- witness continuing to support Joe Rogan
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We currently pay remote workers differently. While that pay may be fair for the market the remote worker is in, it is by definition not the same as their peers -- and usually much lower.
