I've found Squarespace to be a very supportive company that allows for a lot of different types of people to excel no matter what life phase they're in. The people are generally very kind and willing to help, you never feel like you have to struggle through something by yourself.

My immediate team is great, they're super smart and take responsibility for and pride in their work. They're easy to communicate with and have good experience that they apply well.
