Getting to contribute something meaningful and know that users are able to use it right away.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are extremely transparent about anything that we ask - as well as any changes in the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone knows their stuff - and compared to other companies that I have bene at, Squarespace has a coherent strategy for the architectural vision of the solution.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency - they are willing to talk about anything and give as much of an answer as they can. There are also good expectations of employees time required to learn, etc.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is absolutely amazing, it was cheaper to switch jobs sooner in November and reset my out of pocket max than it was to stay on (AND I had a child that year)
