At a basic level, my coworkers are very nice and helpful which is great! Also, I am empowered to do my best work while having the space to ask questions, suggest alternatives, and maintain boundaries.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working in a larger team that understands my role. I am good at what I do and it's nice to be recognized for that. I like working on a team of experts who understand the complexities of my role and appreciate what I'm doing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am fairly new, but so far I have appreciated the ability to ask questions in department and company all-hands meetings and actually get those questions answered in a thoughtful way by the leadership team. It shows me that the company is transparent and honest which I appreciate.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the benefits package. The combination of flexible PTO, access to therapy apps, fertility coverage, and employer-paid good insurance premiums is probably my favorite thing. I appreciate the benefit that SQSP is investing in my health because my health is the most important thing to me!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very knowledgeable and humble. We all have some common knowledge in our department focus area, and everyone brings deep knowledge that is invaluable to our team. Everyone is kind and wants to do well so that the company can do well. Overall, it is a positive environment.
