It is a hybrid work situation, which makes me feel very comfortable while living in a COVID world.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with fun and exciting people. I also love the Squarespace product - I think we have very creative people working here, so I'm always excited to see what we come up with next.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very flexible, especially while we're living in a COVID world. I feel comfortable chatting via video or in person. But there's times when COVID feels uncertain and no one is mad about me wanting to WFH.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have monthly meetings so that I make sure I still aligned with the company's goals. They seem to be very transparent about what they'd like to see and I think that's beneficial to all parties involved.
