Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe I was mis-leveled coming into SQSP and as a result my comp doesn't reflect my contributions comparably to my colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel a sense of supported autonomy - I am left alone to manage my work and deliver results BUT help is always a quick slack message away and responsiveness is always quick.
