Be more proactive on business and engineering strategy rather than reactive.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Underpaid compared to market rates. Also new employees with end of year start dates should have an opportunity to participate in comp reviews sooner than 1+ years after starting at SQSP, at least w/r/t cost of living increase.
