everyone in my team are great team players, they share their ideas openly and everyone listens to each other respectfully
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They encourage inclusion, entrepreneurship and curiosity. Most importantly they trust their teams giving them enough freedom to execute fast but with excellence
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be happy to help anybody else with whatever question or need they may have however complex this might be
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Even though I'm not covered by this I think the best part of the compensation package is the $2.000 spend allowance on homeoffice equipment for the fully-remote workforce.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and my team and colleagues are fantastic people to work with which makes goals easier to achieve. Also, I like the challenges ahead in my team and department
