The executive team is bad at decision making and trusting people

our ceo is not inspiring and doesn't seem to care about our employees, the culture, or doing the right thing but we also aren't doing well financially.....so to be bad at both is not great
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Appreciating employees - there is little to no recognition and pay is getting worse and new equity model is terrible and leaves no real long term incentives. We don't have big parties or anything fun anymore either. But they're also not great at prioritizing and scaling the business
