There's still a sense of entrepreneurship that's usually associated with smaller early stage companies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base and equity comp is about on par with the rest of the industry, which is pretty good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to do the "right thing", which in some instances could be taking some risks and making mistakes. But the important thing is that they own up to it and try to learn from it moving forward.
