Squarespace offers a good opportunity to grow my skills and to get presented to new and interesting challenges. It has good benefits and work environment. On the flip side, having seen a few layoffs (2 rounds in 2 years) and seeing how it affected my peers, it makes me feel insecure about the future

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far, my experience with managers has been extremely positive with good personal relationships and a great mentoring atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have been performing a role that is above my level for a couple of years. Besides that, I am aware that my starting compensation is below average (and within the company), which then contributed to a slower growth than average, regardless of performance.
