What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall, salaries seem to be competitive for each role based on job market standards. Equity compensation is a nice addition. I'm grateful Squarespace provide clear policy regarding promotions & raises.

My teammates are all incredibly talented & creative. They always show excitement & enthusiasm for every project, which shows in the quality of the work. Everyone is so easy to get along with, respectful & professional.

The leadership team is very organized in managing projects & the artists working on them. Communication is always clear & direct. The team is always accommodating to my needs & strives to keep up the morale amongst the department.
