My team actively works to build each other up rather than compete with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Work from home is not looked down on here. Squarespace encourages employees to maintain a work/life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance fully taken care of by the company if I choose the High Deductible plan. While this plan doesn't work for me, it being offered is very encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Squarespace doesn't care if I wear a suit and tie or a comfortable T-Shirt, as long as I get my tasks done and am willing to help the team.
