People get along really well. We can joke/laugh and then get back to business seamlessly.

They are smart, thoughtful and communicative. They don't act too quickly or too slowly. They welcome robust debate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way they have navigated a very intense economic situation with poise and determination. This could not have been easy but they have been very clear that it is the right direction for the company.
