I've started within the last month and have received a warm welcome from my new coworkers. Everyone seems to be willing too teach me how to do aspects of my work. I enjoy learning the new applications my team is responsible for. I've also had to learn quite a bit in a short time.

Everyone seems invested in my learning about the various aspect of engineering in Domains.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be interested in my learning how the company functions and that I learn the goals of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to be learning and showing others how to do things. There is plenty of documentation and help for those learning their job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the options on medical coverage (high deductible versus PPO) and the cost of family coverage. I also like that 401k with Roth is available.
