My coworkers and I enjoy solving problems. That is really fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are so helpful and knowledgable and they never complain about helping others. They are also encouraging.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the pay should be $20+. We have to learn and manage so much information. I understand budgets but still. This is hard work.
