I've worked here all of two weeks. It would be unfair for me to describe my experience based on next to no experience. I will say I have enjoyed it so far but feel like ill enjoy it a lot more when I have a bigger knowledge base.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is low and the company benefits seem to extend to a free Squarespace site.

I like all aspects of my team. but if I was to say what I like best I would say its the communication
