Very positive so far. There was a steep learning curve which was initially taught very well. Having a good understanding of the role now is leading to repetitive days which is making it challenging to stay motivated,

Very helpful and friendly in all situations. No conflicts. Very collaborative. Cannot complain at all :)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Generally very repetitive. Most days are almost the exact same. Having more responsibilities would for sure help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
An "always willing to help" culture. It never feels as though we are being judged for asking a question or not knowing something
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A very clear roadmap of clear career progressions along with corresponding compensation increases. It feels like the work is repetitive and and it's hard to feel motivated to continue a repetitive job without a clear goal to work towards such as defined compensation increases or promotions.
