The most positive thing is constant growth. Are we perfect? No. Have we messed up? Yes. Have we learned from our mistakes? Yes. Are we constantly learning better ways of operating and unlearning past negative behaviors? Yes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind and curious - and willing to pull up their sleeves to better understand eachother, our users, and our industry. The Product Design team is particularly strong - not only in design talent, but in advocacy and morality. We rally around making an impact for our customers' businesses.
