Pay your staff more and acutally be competitive instead of lying about what other facilities pay. We know since we're leaving to them.
They pay the lowest and do not advocate for employees for better pay
better management. Those leaders are the worst I have ever encountered.

I wear several hats but do not get compensated for the extra responsibilities.
Healthcare does not pay much in Austin. All healthcare is underpaid. Perhaps those higher up feel that living in Austin is incentive enough to work here. It doesn’t seem to occur to them that it cost much more to live here as well...
