Good overall. The bad old management is out, but the current manager is worsening my experience. Making me want to leave sooner.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being alone at night, with longer rooms to do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
At the time, the manager and peers were very nice, and were eager to bring me on board.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very friendly, glad to talk to, even when I need to instruct them we still get along. Manager needs alot of work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a Hospital, most patients in there are not there for good reasons. For me, my team, my department, and the staff, make it a worth while experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Director and managers of my department are all nice people. Hard working and gets along with most of the staff. My direct Manager is lacking in both of these things.
