They're supportive and accept feedback.

Honesty & doing away with corruption
Listening to employees and making adjustments accordingly
my direct manager is very good, it is upper management that is not good. The motto "the best place to get care, the best place to give care" is good if you are a patient but employee no.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the insurance and pension are good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The health benefits are terrible
their pay, benefits, and retirement package is not competitive with other local employers

we work together well, and give our best to the patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The co-workers are hands down the best part.
The coworkers I have make the work manageable
it is ok, we help each other, it is stressful when you deal with sick people all day

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership and cutbacks. They make us work harder for less pay
better benefits, retirement, fix those things, and let the doctors practice medicine....the patient is not always right.
