Do not trust them as i have been lued to numerous times. I have have had extra shifts added on to my schedule above my fte and was told we had to work thoae hours. Dont feel we should have to work extra because no one wants to work for these managers. Patiwnt ratio is huge. No raise given

I know I am paid less than I should be compared to other hospitals. About $6 an hour less or more.
No merit pay increases. Annual pay increases are well below the rate of inflation. Pay scales are not equitable even when looking at seniority vs individual productivity.
Less pay , more work, less appreiciation
Management is horrible and the Human Resources can be just as bad and clueless.
Give back the 1% that was taken away to pay for the computer system. Never was paid hazzard pay. The small amount that was given to us only cause us to pay more in taxes so we never seen that money. Tired on being mandated because everyone is leaving

Patient ratio. Give everone a raise! The letter written was very decieving and caused more people to leave because once aigain we were lied to. Change patient ratio and pay people! Clean house and atart over new managers and keep going higher
