No amount of money can fix what's rotten about working here
No option for promotion. Senior level stuck doing junior level work because they won't hire support staff.

Bonus pools for managers are small and insignificant when assessed against the bigger picture of salary/benefits and (over)time invested. I wouldn't mind it if salaries were more competitive. Certain groups also suffer from not enough room for formalized growth.
It would be nice if medical benefits would at least be provided to the employee without out-of-pocket expense. I resent that I have to participate in the Vitality program even though I get insurance through my husband's employer. Retirement benefits lag as compared to other similar companies.

I would like to see double the coverage for wellness and dental. Also I think that covering one pair of glasses a year is a reasonable request. In this industry many individuals are straining their eyes and eyeglass coverage is reasonable.
