They miss the forest for the trees. Stock prices are doing great, leadership is very well compensated, but employees can't make rent.

No amount of money can fix what's rotten about working here
No option for promotion. Senior level stuck doing junior level work because they won't hire support staff.
raises should be in line with inflation at least
benefits were weak, I didnt get paid enough to pay for my degree, they let me end up homeless and declined my LTD

Never fit in in the office. Departments didn't get to know other departments.

Everything from the top down only an entire restructure will save this company

Too much outsourcing to improve the bottom line. Undermining the confidence of experienced staff. Managers are focusing on self promotion.
