They miss the forest for the trees. Stock prices are doing great, leadership is very well compensated, but employees can't make rent.

Never fit in in the office. Departments didn't get to know other departments.
business units are focused on large profit centers. once a project is complete, its up to the employee to hunt to join another project team or be laid off.
