Good people, well intended, willing to work hard most of the time. Good skip sets and expertise, if you can find it.

I have many good coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the notion of doing what is right and putting people first, but I am not always sure we put people first when they can get better pay elsewhere and we let good teammates leave. I also like the hard work ethic, but it leads to burnout and can't be all the time, which it is.
My team sat across the USW, so we had a lot of different ideas local to our environment.
Working as a civil engineer is cool

The most positive part is being allowed to work remotely. Less time wasted commuting and being distracted by others.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Inspiring people, interesting work with good mentors (when I started).
It was simple and easy. The interview was in person and there were multiple associates interviewing me at once. It felt like a conversation. They encouraged me to ask questions to determine if I could see myself working here.
