Mr. Maw served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Retail/Consumer Bank at JPMorgan Chase &Co. From 2003 to 2008, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Retail Banking and Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Washington Mutual, Inc. From 1994 to 2003, Mr. Maw served with General Electric Financial, including served as its Chief Financial Officer of GE Insurance Holdings, Inc. in London. He has been a Director of Avista Corporation since August 1, 2016. Mr. Maw holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University.
