Executive Bio

Mr. Tom Ferguson has been Divisional Senior Vice President of West Division at Starbucks Corporation since 2015. Mr. Ferguson is responsible for leading a team of regional vice President to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for customers and partners (employees) throughout Starbucks stores in the division. He began career with Starbucks as a regional director in Southern California in 2005. He served as a Director of operations in the Pacific Northwest and Western Mountain markets. He took a time-limited assignment as a regional vice president in Los Angeles, prior to taking a one-year assignment as a regional director in Manhattan/New York Metro. He was promoted to the Southeast regional vice president and moved to the Los Angeles/Central California region to support that market for several years. Prior to joining Starbucks, he spent the majority of his career with Kinko's as a field leader, holding positions from branch manager to market sales and operations director. He served as a Director at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. He holds a B.S. from Ohio University.
