What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team is very approachable. They are frequently out in the field, comminicating and listening to employees.
They are always looking to help their policyholders.

Measures against producers, do you think you are safe? So profitable current claims paid out of current premiums, excess profits banked in Bermuda as Reinsurance.

Worry less about DEI and more about Customer needs
They focus on the unimportant which impedes productivity and a positive work environment.
Communication, delivery, and assistance. My experience has been that the leadership team assists who they want to.
I think they need to be more accountable
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it, State Farm continues to offer a great benefits package
Base salary is fair and every employee gets an opportunity to earn bonuses based on performance. This is not limited to executive or just sales like many companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Companies exist for profit. Reward the profit centers that most agents are and cut the underperformers you hired that consistantly lose millions every year. One wide brush for every agent not the answer. Performance in every other business is profit based. That model is abandoned.

Friendly and professional but are not efficient or effective as they could be.
Hard workers that place Customers needs above all else
We collaborate regularly even though we are all over the country. Everyone respects each other and is willing to help out!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
not so many in a week, once a week is enough.
All team memebers should be present and contributing. When management shows favortism and allows a manager to constantly be out yet still gain from co-workers efforts it creates animosity
Meetings are pointless. State Farm makes changes for the sake of changes without purpose.

Stop talking about each other in a negative way
Stop letting the same person run everything in office. Let others have a chance to talk or host a meeting.

They say nice things, but what they do is a different story.

Mandatory OT should never be neccessary for an insurance job, micromangament makes workers feel like they always doing something wrong, retention rates are horrible and the company awards bad behavior
State Farm should invest in leadership training for management

The scripted questions don't match the positions being applied for
I retired after the problems with State Farm. I lost thousands in pay and have decided to take retirement after 50 yrs!
