Get rid of useless tools. Stop trying the next miracle weapon and hope that lets you win the war. Talk to front line staff and actually listen, then implement, not continued lip-service and games to try to fake positive change. Morale is low for a good reason.
Measures against producers, do you think you are safe? So profitable current claims paid out of current premiums, excess profits banked in Bermuda as Reinsurance.
Worry less about DEI and more about Customer needs
They focus on the unimportant which impedes productivity and a positive work environment.
Companies exist for profit. Reward the profit centers that most agents are and cut the underperformers you hired that consistantly lose millions every year. One wide brush for every agent not the answer. Performance in every other business is profit based. That model is abandoned.
this should end rediculous survey
A raise would be nice
California cost of living has out passed employee pay
Treat people with the respect and dignity that we deserve!
not so many in a week, once a week is enough.
All team memebers should be present and contributing. When management shows favortism and allows a manager to constantly be out yet still gain from co-workers efforts it creates animosity
Meetings are pointless. State Farm makes changes for the sake of changes without purpose.

Stop talking about each other in a negative way
Stop letting the same person run everything in office. Let others have a chance to talk or host a meeting.
Evetything is metrics based. Reinsert the himsn factor!

Mandatory OT should never be neccessary for an insurance job, micromangament makes workers feel like they always doing something wrong, retention rates are horrible and the company awards bad behavior
State Farm should invest in leadership training for management
Better communication between the agents offices and support centers
Actually telling the truth about the role and fairlu compensating based on the real job requirements
Not really sure, just meh.
I was hired from a video interview.

Everything is numbers focused not customer focused
We cannot pay out on claims what people wanf
Everything. Fire the CEO and hire someone new who is actual capable of listening to the employee concerns and improving things to increase quality of customer service and employee morale
Everything. Fix billing. Fulfill policy coverage. Stop screwing everyone over.
