State Street Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I don't want to do this bit

Retirment fund for now MPF

Review from Customer Support Dept

Please keep your feedback constructive.

the health insurance was the best feature

compensation is the best for me

Generous paid time off, education reimbursement, the ability to work from home and have a flexible schedule.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Change the company since management of State Street is worst and HR are more worst

State street pays below market average for similar positions, has lackluster benefits, and doesn't care in the slightest. If they really wanted to make peoples' lives better, they'd read the writing so plainly on the wall.

Pay the market rate and reward high performers.

All the work is outsourced to india....and our colleagues in india dont stay for long. So we are constantly training new coworkers and doing the work of 3 to 4 people. No work life balance if you are salaried. Company has generous holidays but that means more work for u when someone is out..

I would like to be paid more or given less respsonsibility if i didnt get paid more. I do more and am a better employee than others and i know i make less

Compensation is not ar market. Raises are not longer given.

Compensation reflect effort not to be trested as a process to disqualify people

Reasonable salary for keeping them in business

No career path or realistic promise of professional development. Health benefits are all garbage high deductible health/dental plans. Tiny 401k match. Salary/raise/bonus only start to matter at VP level and above - something I have not achieved in well over a decade of combined service

If we got more than a 1% annual raise each year

If the company can give their employee raises that at least keeps up with inflation. Instead upper management love to give themselves raises.
