Good review and appraisal. meeting the target within short period

Review from Customer Support Dept

I love what is my work

To learn and enjoy my colleague's company.

The people on my team and in the department are (generally) fantastic.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

People management, Dirty politics, biasness, higher boss having affair with junior staff then giving them advantage, good staff are shown doors, all this need to be stopped

Start paying staff market rates and invest in the staff

Stated above. Needs a longer term view and less leadership turnover

Disconnect between senior management and staff

Everyone thinks State Street is bad and slow at what they do

senior management are incompetent. They have no idea what they are doing however they are unwilling to listen to their employee or care. All they seem to care if their own career and the money they are making.

Laying off people to the point where there is too much work for the reaming people there.

Senior leadership should ask the day-to-day managers how we can correct the course of the company vs. hiring consultants, which got us into this mess in the first place.

Review from Customer Support Dept

It is a job that I am not that passionate about

Okay, I understand that moving to channel center is part of the expense cutting. At least give us enough seat on the shuttle bus.
