Team work together but they are undervalued & this is due to MD Jayashree Sathy , VP Arpit Jhawar, & VP Hari Vellatt
All of the colleagues on my team work hard. They have been working here for years and have a lot of knowledge. However they are all underpaid for the jobs that they perform.

Nothing. I don't sit near my team because of building overloading and lack of assigned seating/desks.
