I like that money is automatically put into my 401K account and I like that I can usually bet on getting a bonus if I am doing the best I can at work.
Bonus is strong. Open PTO policy is also good for flexibility but am unsure how it will unfold throughout the year (i.e., will it feel better/worse or be easier/harder to take time off compared to 'limited' PTO)
Besides the obvious pay / bonus, the additional covered expense of a gym membership is extremely appealing.
401K contribution - it's pretty standard to see 401K matches, but they will provide a sizable contribution even if the employee does not contribute
Receiving a biweekly pay check!
The best part of the compensation is the phone and wellbeing benefits
I appreciate the leadership's willingness to revisit compensation regularly
The overall amount I am payed.
Bonus is pretty good and once the profit sharing kicks in at 1 year with the firm, it will be even better.
Since currently, still an intern I still get some benefits that typically at other places my friends work they don't receive. ie. sick days, holiday pay, bereavement
Gym reimbursement. good to promote a healthy lifestyle
I feel we have a competitive benefits package that covers everything I need.
The best part of my benefits is the healthcare coverage
Health benefits are comparable to my last company
The pay is above the market average.
401k and insurance benefits are competitive
Fitness reimbursement, donation matching, and profit sharing opportunities.
Our wellness benefit is a very nice perk to have
Monthly contribution to gym membership
I think I get fairly compensated. I also enjoy the profit sharing and bonus structure.
On the lower end of salary benchmarks
Feel like there should be more variation in pay if performance dictates pay
Not been seen for my contribution, loyalty and integrity.
I am paid nearly 15% less than the comparable salary in Chicago
Undervalued is stronger than I would put it, but most of us are well aware of market rates for compensation and are also aware of market increases in recent past
