Positive. Enjoy the content of work and my colleagues. Do eel underdeveloped at times - think the overall dev. approach, while well-intentioned & robust, could be planned and implemented a bit more thoughtfully. Confident mgmt. will do right by the firm, less sure they always will for employees.

Collegiality and engagement are generally high, socialization outside of work are often enough and encouraged

Undervalued is stronger than I would put it, but most of us are well aware of market rates for compensation and are also aware of market increases in recent past
