They want me to grow my skillset and giving me the ability to interact with candidates from emailing them up until their first interview.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since currently, still an intern I still get some benefits that typically at other places my friends work they don't receive. ie. sick days, holiday pay, bereavement
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have a clear thought of where we are going and the plan. They keep us informed about any wins that we have and anything new that is happening. Specifically, for NY when we have office get togethers, someone from the team makes sure there is something that I can have and be more a part of it.
