What do you like best about the leadership team?
Knowledgeable with an eye on the future
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Planning, resource allocation, automation, integration of systems, budgeting
Investing in their people, listening to the suggestions from the employees on how to better the company. Test better before they invest.
Treating everyone equally, or at least based on their performance and work ethic rather than their color and realationships with management team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very low percentage of market, no growth opportunities
I was treated unfairly and felt as though I could have made alot more tips had I not been undermined and taken advantage of by employers and staff
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Competencies, remove atmosphere if management by fear and fiat
There was alot of bullying and not many people worked together. It created an atmosphere of chaos and contempt.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has 1 goal in mind to make the most money possible
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is very secretive, suspicious culture
Care more about the people
Team work should be promoted . It would make a much more positive environment not just for employees but for customers as well. Also if management helped train the team better than we could have better done our jobs.

customers, sales opportunity, money, benefits, and rewards
I love the company and the people I work with
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even when management scheduled a meeting at 8 in the morning ..he didn't have the decency to even show up until over an hour later . In the meantime me and other staff who attended waited in the freezing cold and when he did finally arrive he didn't even apologize.
