There was alot of bullying and not many people worked together. It created an atmosphere of chaos and contempt.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating everyone equally, or at least based on their performance and work ethic rather than their color and realationships with management team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was treated unfairly and felt as though I could have made alot more tips had I not been undermined and taken advantage of by employers and staff
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Team work should be promoted . It would make a much more positive environment not just for employees but for customers as well. Also if management helped train the team better than we could have better done our jobs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Even when management scheduled a meeting at 8 in the morning ..he didn't have the decency to even show up until over an hour later . In the meantime me and other staff who attended waited in the freezing cold and when he did finally arrive he didn't even apologize.
