I worked for this company THREE years without a raise making $8 and hour! When I finally got a raise it was to $12 which would be great if all the other area hospitals didn't pay $15 for my position. We need to get paid more. The CEOs not choosing between gas or food!
There is no room to grow within this company. They want a lot for the little pay that they give us.
Money wise I do because when I was interviewed for the job, it was my understanding I would make over 60 a year based on 40 hours. I work 12 hour shifts so therefore i make less during one week and more the next. I would be happier with the position that I have working 9 to 5 benefits included.

The hospital is overdue did a market adjustment. Compared to other hospital in the area. An actual raise would be nice to receive for the work you put into the job
Equity between men and women.
Equal payment for equal work. Pay should not be based on the color of your skin or ethnicity.
