Steward Health Care System Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Fran is a very considerate person who not only looks out for the nurses but everyone.

Good work and home balance.

Everyone is helpful and concerned anout patient care.

Open, honest, genuine, supportive, clear

Not very impressed, very unprofessional.

I have never really met the leadership. They don't usually come to our department.

Knowledgeable, mentoring and very approachable

Care about the patients. Really listen to constructive criticism. Work hard within the constraints of this difficult financial environment to do the best thing possible for the patients and the employees.

leadership is always on your side. My leadership team is a great resource and they are always understanding that we all have families outside of work. leadership is strong and committed to all employees and patient care.

ALWAYS WILLING TO PITCH IN AND HELP

Review from Customer Support Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Honestly and patient care and safety

Way far to get better. No way they can get better. Mess is beyond the point

No one cares anymore so its whatever

Pay the vendors bills so patients can be taken care of properly.

They simply do not care about the patients!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Better training processes and providing more information wothout intimadation

Their hands are tied by terrible corporate decisions.

If ownership dosent change ... nothing can change

Needs to me more of a team

Review from Operations Dept

Unfortunately I have no faith that the Steward group will survive under current management.

Recognizing your work and dedication. Respect and treat all members of team as valued.

Communciation is the biggest struggle. They need to learn how to communicate with their team and staff. They also need to learn how to be helpful towards their employees

being honest - supporting staff

everything. communication is terrible, not appreciative of staff members, does not listen to feedback

Compassion and quality just to name a couple

Learn how to manage and lead people with respect.

Knowing what people's jobs are

Stop bullying employees, it's wrong

horrible, poor services and don't care

Direct manager has no subject matter expertise, no work ethic and no professionalism. Director has changed four times in two years. Executive director and new director is ok
