What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

When stewrd bought our hospital, it did nothing to invest in the growth of the facility. It ran us on bare bones, sold off valubal equipment and never invested in our facility

More focus on patient as opposed to profit

They are always yelling about not being paid

Unless hospital gets sold nothing will improve

Increase staff so patients don't always need to leave messages. Listen to employees and work to solve employee concerns.

The patient to nurse ratio is HORRIBLE! 5:1 AND SOMETIMES 6:1. The patients don't receive adequate care with those numbers

Communication. Suppoert. Increase staffing and support services

Management has created a toxic work environment, they use policy as a sword, and generally the staff has the feeling they do not care for us.

Our company has been bought/sold about 4 times in the last 6 years. We have gone through 3 different software systems with no time for training and learning. Hours have been drastically cut which puts more stress on everyone. All the employees are so stressed out and tired.

We are not staffed appropriately. We do not have resources we need. We have not seen a riase or bonus in 3 years, only cuts. Benefits have been cut.

Major safety issues, horrible customer service and management turn a blind eye to the complaints. All they care about is money. Staff are the lowest paid in the area. Benefit mediocre.
