Don't leave candidates hanging so long
When stewrd bought our hospital, it did nothing to invest in the growth of the facility. It ran us on bare bones, sold off valubal equipment and never invested in our facility
More focus on patient as opposed to profit
They are always yelling about not being paid
Unless hospital gets sold nothing will improve
Increase staff so patients don't always need to leave messages. Listen to employees and work to solve employee concerns.
