more system efficiency and having more direct input into operations
No effort to retain staff.
Need better insurance that can cover in florida Can not go to other state for specialist
The issue is t so much the compensation but rather how people are treated
Yes, overworked and under valued especially when i have to deal with angry vendors

Staff are not encouraged to work together. Atmosphere created by executive management is not focused on teamwork

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When stewrd bought our hospital, it did nothing to invest in the growth of the facility. It ran us on bare bones, sold off valubal equipment and never invested in our facility
More focus on patient as opposed to profit
They are always yelling about not being paid
Unless hospital gets sold nothing will improve
Increase staff so patients don't always need to leave messages. Listen to employees and work to solve employee concerns.
