Some of the members really care about their jobs.
Our own team has been a close group and work together well.
People in my department are why i stayed
People are good i enjoy working with them
The staff care but we are unable to get supplies or equipment repaired

Fellow co workers tried to keep a happy demeanor even though they too were understaffed.
In order for the team to be effective, the leader has to be and we have great leadership. I wish they would show more appreciation for them some times. The bad seeds are slowing dwindling away and because of that it makes the workplace more pleasant.
some tried their best to make the company better but the culture of non caring and turning a blind eye to the multiple safety issues effecting the company made it hard

Saint Anne's Hospital has some of the best, most dedicated employees. We have not lost the values of Love of God, family, community, and caring well for those less fortunate that the Catholic Nuns instilled in this institution many years ago.
we all have each other covered and always look out for each other in the work setting. Our communication is beyond amazing and the team here has no clicks. Not as political as other hospitals I have worked for

Staff are not encouraged to work together. Atmosphere created by executive management is not focused on teamwork

The office that I am in is a good one which is rare and we get along, however; there is a sense of superiority when it comes to who has worked there longer and that should not be the case as we are not union.
